What it costs

We publish floors rather than a rate card, and we explain what moves the number. If this is the wrong order of magnitude for you, we would rather you found out in ten seconds than in three weeks.

The three ways in

Published floors. Final figures depend on property count, markets and segments.
EngagementPriceWhat you get
Visibility SnapshotFreeFive questions across four engines, screenshots, competitors named, sources cited. One page.
AI Visibility AuditFrom $2,000Full baseline. 25 queries per property, four engines, five named competitors, citation-source log, prioritised work plan.
Monthly engagementFrom $4,000Ongoing measurement and improvement across all five CITED components. Three-month minimum.

Why we publish floors and not a rate card

Because the work is per property, and a forty-property group is not four times a ten-property group. Markets differ, segments differ, and a group operating under several brand names carries more entity work than one operating under a single name.

What we can tell you honestly is the floor. Below $2,000 an audit cannot be done to the standard we would publish. Below $4,000 a month, per-property delivery across a portfolio is not viable and we would be selling you a report rather than work.

We publish these numbers so a commercial director can open an internal budget conversation without emailing a stranger first, and so that anyone for whom this is the wrong order of magnitude finds that out in ten seconds rather than three weeks.

How the audit fee works

The audit fee is credited in full against month one if a monthly engagement starts within thirty days. If it does not, you keep the baseline, the citation-source log and the work plan, and you owe nothing further. Several groups will reasonably take that plan to an in-house team, and that is a legitimate outcome.

What moves the number

  • Property count. The single largest factor. Measurement and listings work scale per property.
  • Number of brand names. A multi-brand portfolio carries substantially more entity reconciliation than a single-brand one.
  • Source markets. Measuring from four countries costs more than measuring from one, and multilingual query sets cost more again.
  • Segment. Upscale leisure has a larger citation surface than economy transit, and more of it is contested.

What we do not charge for

The Visibility Snapshot. Meetings before you have seen work. Reporting time within a retainer. Nothing is billed hourly, so nobody on our side benefits from the work taking longer.

A note on capacity

We are a small firm and delivery is the constraint, not demand. We cap the number of concurrent engagements deliberately, and if we cannot take work on we will say so rather than take it and deliver it badly.
