This site is provided for information. By using it you agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that affects its operation.

Our services

drishva.ai provides AI visibility measurement and improvement services to hospitality businesses. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Engagements begin only on execution of a written master service agreement and statement of work.

What we measure, and what we do not promise

We measure Share of Model — the percentage of a defined query set in which a property is named in AI-generated answers — against a documented baseline and a named competitive set.

We do not promise, guarantee or represent that our services will produce bookings, revenue, occupancy or any specific commercial outcome. AI referral traffic is largely untraceable through standard analytics. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the behaviour of third-party AI systems, the actions of a client's other vendors, and market conditions.

Client dependencies

Parts of our work take the form of specifications issued to a client's existing suppliers — web agencies, PR firms, revenue teams. Where such specifications are not implemented, outcomes will be affected. Engagement terms set out the response period for those specifications and exclude accountability for recommendations not implemented within it.

Intellectual property

Content on this website — text, structure, frameworks, the CITED framework and the Share of Model methodology — is owned by drishva.ai. Deliverables produced for a client are owned by that client on payment; our underlying methodologies, tools and frameworks remain ours.

You may quote from this site with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce it substantially or present it as your own.

We reference third-party platforms and publications for identification only. Such references do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation in either direction.

Accuracy

Statistics on this site are drawn from published industry research or from measurement we have carried out ourselves. AI systems change frequently, and figures reflect the position at the time of writing. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or commercial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, drishva.ai is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of this website. Liability under a client engagement is limited as set out in the applicable master service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai having jurisdiction. Client engagements may specify different arrangements, including international arbitration, as agreed in the applicable agreement.
